Plate for mounting a winch in the original bumper
Winch mounting plate up to 6300 kgs under the original factory bumper. Assembly requires no welding or drilling into the frame. Bolted into the factory holes of the frame. It has additional fixings on the side outside the frame deformation zones. Made of 6 mm and 8 mm thick structural steel sheet. Shot-blasted and powder-coated using a two-layer technology with structure. Weight approximately 14.4 kg.
FACTORY BEAM - THE BUMPER REINFORCEMENT REMAINS ON THE CAR, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO REMOVE IT !! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR SUCH A HEAVY CAR.
Simply drill two holes in this aluminum reinforcement and use a 20 mm hole saw to create two locations for the screws that attach the winch to the plate. The camera remains in the bumper grille. We only move it a few centimeters higher. The active cruise control radar remains in its factory position.
The set includes mounting screws and a displacement device to move the front camera bracket
