Worldwide Delivery

Pickup Point Delivery

On Demand Relay is GEODIS' specialized delivery offer for individuals, allowing you to pick up your parcels at a relay point near you.

GEODIS therefore offers you to find the nearest relay point and choose the parcel format according to its weight. The parcel remains available for 10 days at the relay point. The parcel is received in person and against signature. Pickup can be made by a trusted person upon presentation of the recipient customer's ID and a written authorization from them.

Conditions for parcel handling

  • Single parcel shipments up to 20kg
  • Max length: 1.30 m
  • Total L + W + H maximum: 1.70 m 

HOME DELIVERY

On Demand is GEODIS' specialized home and scheduled delivery offer, giving you the choice of delivery location and time. Directly connected to their application, you can choose your delivery appointment combining speed and precision!

The delivery appointment is made directly online. The choice of delivery appointment is made by day over a 7-day period, from Monday to Friday. First possible delivery slot: D+2 or D+3. Parcels can be picked up at the GEODIS agency closest to home.

You will receive an SMS and/or email notification providing one-click access to the GEODIS website for appointment booking (compatible with PC/Mac, tablet, and smartphone). A reminder is sent 24 hours later in case of no response, and a reminder message is sent the day before delivery. Delivery is made in person and against signature at the foot of the building. In case of absence, a photo of the entrance door of the dwelling is taken by the driver to attest to the delivery attempt. You can then schedule a new delivery appointment directly online.

Colissimo - Home Delivery

COLISSIMO - Pickup Point

You have several pickup options to retrieve your parcel;

At the Post Office :

  • You can choose the establishment where you wish to have your parcel delivered (without prior home delivery of your invoice) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France.
  • Once the parcel has been prepared by their services, it will be delivered within an indicative period of 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail.
  • You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to them.

At a Pickup relay point

  • You can choose one of the 15,000 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, workplace, or vacation spot, where you wish to have your parcel delivered.
  • Once the parcel has been prepared by their services, it will be delivered within an indicative period of 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days.
  • After this period, your parcel will be returned to them. Track your parcel's journey at any time on www.laposte.fr/suivi

At a Pickup Locker

  • You can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (train station, metro, parking, shopping centers…), they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to shopping mall and transport area opening hours).
  • Once the parcel has been prepared by their services, it will be delivered within an indicative period of 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your pickup codes allowing you to collect your parcel for 3 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to them.

COLISSIMO Home Delivery

  • Your parcel is delivered to you in person or to your mailbox. If its size does not allow for mailbox delivery, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached.
  • You have 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender. In all cases, you are informed by email 24 hours before your parcel's delivery.
  • The indicative home delivery times are 48 hours (2 working days for shipments in metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco).

With Colissimo, you stay informed of the different stages of your parcel's journey by email:

  • 24 hours before your parcel's arrival.
  • If you have not collected your parcel within 6 days at the post office.
  • Furthermore, you can track your parcels at any time by entering their number or delivery notice.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for your order are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination, and depend on the carriers' price lists and the costs inherent in preparing the order and its suitable packaging.
