This quality 6 mm thick STEEL part allows the use of an electric winch up to 6000 kgs
Mounting plate for electric winch for Land Rover Defender D300, made of 5 and 6 mm thick steel sheet, laser cut, bent on a digital press, powder coated using two-layer technology, zinc powder primer + black powder coating.
Installation does not require any interference with the vehicle structure (side members),
- no drilling
- we do not cut the front bumper.
Assembly only requires cutting some plastic elements to free up space for the winch
We also dismantle the bumper reinforcement beam, this function is taken over by the winch mounting plate and the winch
We dismantle the lower air intake of the bumper, the winch mounting plate will be mounted in the created hole, as well as the exit to the winch fairlead/line, thanks to this solution, we do not need to cut the factory bumper.
The set includes a winch mounting plate with handles, the necessary mounting elements and assembly instructions
