Winch mounting plate hidden under the factory bumper of the Mercedes Sprinter W906 NCV3 2014-2018. It is bolted to the vehicle's chassis rails. Manufactured as a single welded piece without any bolted parts. This has ensured high strength, rigidity, and low weight of this product. Installation required drilling 8 holes from the bottom into the ends of the frame rails. The bumper reinforcement remains on the vehicle but must be cleared from below depending on the size of the winch used. Made from 6 mm thick construction steel sheet. Shot blasted and powder coated using a two-layer technology with texture. It features a cutout under the winch drum to facilitate the removal of dirt from the cable. Weight approx. 11.5 kg
