Winch mounting plate hidden under the factory bumper Mercedes Sprinter W906 NCV3 2006-2013. It is bolted to the vehicle's chassis rails. Made as a single welded element without any bolted parts. This allowed for high strength, rigidity, and low weight of this product. Installation required drilling 8 holes from the bottom into the ends of the frame rails. The bumper reinforcement remains on the car but must be cleared from below depending on the size of the winch used. Made of 6 mm thick structural steel sheet. Shot-blasted and powder-coated using a two-layer technology with texture. It has a cutout under the winch drum to facilitate the removal of dirt from the cable. Weight approx. 11.3 kg
