VOLKSWAGEN T5 Transporter 2.0TDI
(2003 - 2015)
Set of reinforced front and rear springs 500 kgs+ +30mm for VOLKSWAGEN T5 2003-2015:
This lift kit raises the car by 30 mm at the front and 30 mm at the rear, which increases ground clearance and gives the car a more pleasant look. The springs are progressive and become stiffer with higher loads. All MAD products are TUV approved and tested products that do not affect other parts of the car. By increasing the car's ground clearance, you can fit larger tires and rims and give the car better off-road performance.
The lift springs replace the car's original suspension. They raise the car by 30 mm at the front and 30 mm at the rear; the exact height for each car model is indicated in the product information. Suitable for anyone who wants to increase the car's ground clearance and get a more pleasant look and better off-road capabilities. This kit is recommended for those who always drive with loads exceeding 500 kg,
Suitable for the following car models:
- VW Transporter T5/T6 1.9 and 2.0TDi incl. Syncro "4WD" 05/2003+, Front and rear lift kit 3/3 cm
- VW Transporter T5/T6 2.5TDi and 3.2V6 incl. Syncro "4WD" 05/2003+, Front and rear lift kit 3/3 cm
We recommend performing a four-wheel alignment after installing this product, otherwise your tires will wear unevenly. Drive the car for 2 to 3 km before adjusting the front suspension.
MAD's suspension system is there to compensate for different load weights and to support and assist the car's original spring system so that you maintain safety and comfort even at the maximum allowed load. Suspensions never increase the maximum allowed load weight for the car.
We advise you to have these products installed by a professional
- Increased safety for you and your fellow travelers!
- Better road holding at maximum load.
- Better driving comfort at maximum load.
- The car maintains its original height at maximum (allowed) load.
- The car's original suspension benefits from more working space at maximum load.
- All springs are progressive.
- All assembly is carried out without damaging the bodywork, so the product does not affect the car's warranties.
- Assembly time approximately 1H per side at the front and 1.5H at the rear plus front chassis adjustment.
All MAD suspension systems are checked and approved by the German TÜV. TÜV imposes very strict requirements for product approval and has become one of the most rigorous quality labels in the world. Now, TÜV has also added tests on how MAD springs affect braking effect and ESP on cars. The so-called R13 test shows that MAD springs do not negatively affect brakes and ESP.
