The steel rear bumper for the Toyota Hilux Revo is manufactured from 6, 4 and 3 mm thick steel plate. It features a smooth three-axis mounting adjustment, greatly simplifying installation on the vehicle.
The side sections of the bumper are bolted to the frame and, in addition to allowing precise bumper alignment, serve a critical role as lateral supports, essential for load-bearing surfaces of this length.
The bumper features two integrated mounting points for daytime running lights or fog lights, reinforced shackle mount brackets, and a winch mounting plate as standard equipment on all bumpers.
The steel bumpers are finished with oven-cured structural paint applied using a powder coating technique.
This bumper does not hold European type approval.
