With this sliding tray, the focus is on functionality. The PSD 600kg sliding tray was developed primarily for the professional sector.
When extended, the bed slide can hold 600 kg and is therefore even suitable for forklift loads.
This is precisely why the pull-out is ideal for construction companies, fire departments, and hunters.
But it can also be ideally used in sports and leisure activities.
Precision locking system
A highlight of the drawer's features is the precision locking system with 7 locking positions along the travel path.
Designed for fire departments and other emergency vehicles, it is built for daily use at the rated load.
To cope with the high weight load of the cargo slide, the locking bolts were made of tool steel.
This ensures that in an emergency, one of the two bolts alone can withstand the payload (without permanent damage).
The guide system consists of a total of 22 ball bearings, all bearings are insulated and thus defy environmental influences.
Frame and side wall
There are 6 stable viewing points with M10 threads installed in the upper structure, to which customer-specific structures can be attached.
If the drawer bed slide is opened on sloping terrain and fully extended with the release button pressed, there are solid end stops on both sides that slow down the force of the maximum payload.
The side walls not only serve to position the load, but they are designed to hang straps on them.
In addition, both side panels can each be moved outwards by about two centimeters, making ideal use of the space in your loading area.
The bed slide offers enough space to load a euro pallet on the side.
All side walls can be unscrewed or simply the rear side wall can be used alone.
It should be noted that the screws of the unused side walls are always screwed into the birch panel.
Modular construction
Thanks to the modular design of the cargoslide, individual parts can be obtained and replaced in case of damage.
Since the loading flap of most pickup vehicles is not straight in the open position, but rather slightly upwards, an extension for the «drop cable» can optionally be ordered.
This is necessary because the drawer bed slide extends very close to the floor of the loading area. By inserting the extension, the loading flap opens a little wider so that it points slightly downwards.
Alternatively, spacer plates can be placed under the support surfaces of the cargoslide.
