MAD suspension systems are designed to balance different load weights and support the original suspension of the Volkswagen ID.BUZZ 2023+, ensuring maintained safety and comfort even at the maximum permitted load. It is important to note that these suspensions do not increase the maximum permitted load weight of the car; therefore, the load weight indicated on the car's registration certificate applies, even after the installation of our springs.
For optimal performance and safety, manufacturers recommend that at least 36% of the total vehicle weight be at the front. If the car is overloaded at the rear, this can lead to reduced steering capability in corners and during rapid maneuvers.
However, the MAD suspension system cannot be installed on the Volkswagen ID.BUZZ 2023+ with functions such as level control, electronic damping, DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) or active chassis. Furthermore, our suspensions are not compatible with cars originally equipped with height/lowering adjustments or with cars equipped with a leveling lowering kit, unless otherwise specified in the catalog notes. For vehicles equipped with load-weight controlled braking systems, adjustments may be necessary after installation. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us for advice!
All MAD suspension systems for the Volkswagen ID.BUZZ 2023+ are approved by the German quality assurance body TÜV, known for its strict product approval requirements. TÜV has also carried out tests to ensure that our springs do not negatively affect the braking effect and ESP of cars. This is proven by the so-called R13 test. Copies of this document will now accompany all new suspension kits, but this will not affect previously manufactured kits.

We recommend performing a front wheel alignment after installing this product, otherwise your tires will wear out laterally. Drive approximately 2 to 3 km before performing a front suspension adjustment so that the car has time to settle with the new front springs.
Load springs replace the car's main suspension. Most load springs are progressively wound to slightly adjust their stiffness depending on the load they receive. This means that you generally drive as comfortably with as without load (does not apply to HD kits).
Most load springs lift the car by approximately 1 to 3 cm in the unloaded position.
Lift kit/Reinforced front spring. These raise the front of the car by approximately 2 to 3 cm, unless otherwise specified in the catalog notes.
