Do you own a motorhome or utility vehicle with a reinforced front axle of 2100 kg (A50)? We have the solution! MAD has developed reinforced front springs specifically designed for motorhomes equipped with this type of axle. Frequently found on semi-integrated and integrated models, these springs can cause excess weight at the front, affecting stability and driving comfort. Installing these MAD reinforced front springs raises the front of the vehicle by approximately 30 mm, significantly improving its stability.
This kit also includes the renowned Koni active front shock absorbers for optimal comfort and stability.

- Mercedes Sprinter front-wheel drive (2019+) with A50 front axle of 2100 kg. 211/ 214 / 215 / 311/ 314 / 315 / 317 / 318 / 411 / 414 / 415 / 417 / 418
We recommend having the geometry of your front suspension adjusted after installing this product, as your tires will wear unevenly. Drive approximately 2 to 3 km before proceeding with the adjustment to allow your vehicle to adapt to the new front springs.
The load springs replace the vehicle's main suspension. Most are progressively wound, allowing them to slightly adjust their stiffness based on the load they receive. Thus, driving comfort is generally the same, with or without load (except for HD kits). Most load springs raise the vehicle by approximately 1 to 3 cm when empty. The 8 system is also available for certain models, at the front. Reinforced front spring/lift kit: this kit raises the front of the vehicle by approximately 2 to 3 cm, unless otherwise indicated in the catalog.

The TÜV has now added tests regarding the impact of MAD springs on braking and ESP of vehicles. The R13 test demonstrates that MAD springs have no negative impact on braking or ESP.
