All necessary fasteners for mounting and installing the wheel carrier on the van are included. Wheel bolts to mount the wheel on the carrier are not included. (Locking wheel bolts available separately).
The wheel supports bolt to the existing hinges of the door and require drilling only one hole in the door skin.
This product does NOT require you to modify or change your hinges. These fit all hinge options for this van without modification.
The third mounting point through the door lining goes through a structural part of the door. You are not only securing the outer skin but also the inner structure of the door.
The door does not need to be removed to fit this product.
Always test the fit of any bolted product before painting. We will not refund the paint if the part is not tested before painting.
All drilled holes will require painting on bare metal to prevent corrosion. We also bond the door lining support and the door lining, which eliminates point load on the bolts while sealing the hole to prevent water ingress.
