All necessary fasteners for mounting and installing the wheel carrier on the van are provided. Wheel bolts to mount the wheel on the carrier are not included. (Locking wheel bolts available separately).
The wheel carriers bolt to the existing door hinges and require drilling a single hole in the door skin.
This product does NOT require you to modify or change your hinges. These fit all hinge options for this van without modification.
The third fixing point through the door skin is made through a structural part of the door. You are not only fixing the outer skin, but also the inner structure of the door.
The door does not need to be removed to fit this product.
Always test fit any bolt-on product before painting. We will not refund paint if the part is not test fitted before painting.
All drilled holes will require paint on bare metal to prevent corrosion. We also bond the door skin support and the door skin, which eliminates point loading on the bolts while sealing the hole to prevent water ingress.
