The MERCEDES G-CLASS roof rack is a three-dimensional steel structure, galvanized, black powder-coated and externally finished with a structural paint.
On the front of the roof rack there is a location for mounting the vehicle's front lighting in the form of long-range halogen lamps or LED panels with a maximum width of 90 cm (optional).
There are also mounting locations for four dedicated work lights (ACBA006) mounted inside the rear and side parts of the trunk. This solution protects the lamps and their installation from mechanical damage.
The platform consists of two parts, it is flat on top and suitable for mounting roof tents. On the upper surface, the off-road roof rack has holes to facilitate the installation of luggage nets and the screwing of any individual support.
Other 4x4 off-road roof bars are subjected to a shot blasting process, electro-arc spray galvanization, then are covered with a powder coating with a Sahara polyester layer with increased abrasion resistance and paint
