Increases the payload by 4,250 kg for the 30 Light model and 4,700 kg for the 40 Heavy model.

Payload increase for the Fiat Ducato light chassis up to 4,250 kg: with an optional upgrade certificate, we now offer motorhomes with leaf spring suspension based on the Eurochassis (Fiat Ducato, Opel Movano C, Peugeot Boxer or Citroën Jumper from June 2006) the ability to significantly increase their payload by installing an AirLift Maxi auxiliary air suspension on the rear axle, combined with the CoilSpring 9060086LIP coil spring on the front axle.
This custom certificate allows for an increase in the rear axle payload of the Eurochassis (Light version) up to 2,400 kg, the front axle up to 2,000 kg, and the gross vehicle weight (GVW) up to 4,250 kg.
In addition to these chassis modifications, the load capacity of the wheels and tires must be sufficient. Campers can purchase the load capacity upgrade report from us for an additional fee by providing their chassis number.
The Linnepe AirLift Maxi dual circuit air suspension system offers significantly improved driving safety at an affordable price. The two high-quality, large-volume double convoluted air springs are provided here in an 8-inch version. Thanks to their large chamber volume, this air suspension system supports nearly all loads. The AirLift Maxi comes with a compressor and a dual circuit system. With a lifting capacity of up to 2.5 tons per air spring, this system is extremely efficient. It is suitable for heavy vehicles with leaf spring suspension, with single or dual wheels. The high-quality Linnepe AirLift systems are always delivered complete and TÜV certified. The driving characteristics and ground clearance are easily adjustable from the driver's seat via the control located on the dashboard.
