Links are not preset:
Front links should be set slightly shorter than original
Rear links should be set slightly longer than original
The shortest links should be installed at the front of the vehicle, and the longest at the rear.

A lift greater than 6.35 cm (2.5 inches) with Revel Links may result in a payload warning and limit the use of the highest off-road driving settings. An alignment may be necessary to optimize link performance when the OR2 setting is used as normal ride height.
Revel Links modify the tension of the Ram's original air suspension system. When the length of the links is shortened at the front and lengthened at the rear, the onboard computer registers a ride height lower than factory settings and compensates by generating an additional 6.35 cm (2.5 inch) lift. This may sound complicated, but it's actually very simple.
For Ram Rebel or models equipped with the factory off-road package, the rear links may not be necessary and can be used for precise adjustments if needed.
