HD5 steel front bumper with integrated winch plate and LED lighting. Dedicated to Land Rover Discovery IV cars (2010-2016). The HD5 bumper is a smaller and simpler version of the HD4 bumper: it is less protruding and does not undergo any crushing stress. Bumper construction The bumper is made of high-strength structural steel, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm thick, laser-cut and bent on digital presses. For better corrosion protection, the bumper is painted in semi-matte black using a new two-layer painting technology. The set with the bumper also includes a short front cover (standard steel, aluminum on request) and lower side covers: right and left (windshield washer fluid reservoir cover). If the windshield washer fluid reservoir leaves the factory, the standard side covers can be replaced by straight covers. Bumper features: - it is aesthetically made and its edges are adapted to the contours of the car, the piping does not cover the lights and perfectly fulfills the protective functions, - has openings for the use of a hi-lift jack and openings for sprinklers, - in the lower part of the bumper there are durable towing rings, - holes for parking sensors are available on request, - the integrated winch mounting plate allows you to mount a standard electric winch up to 6500 kgs, - the mounted winch is hidden in the bumper (it is not even necessary to cut the plastic dummy) and at the same time the rope on the drum is visible and it is possible to use the winch clutch, - has 45 W LED lights with additional side lighting - the bumper is an off-road bumper and, like all bumpers of this type, it does not have homologation.
