This kit includes our excellent Pedders TrakRyder shock absorbers, front coil springs, new rear leaf springs, and the bushings and U-bolts required for installation.
This kit is our entry-level lift kit and is designed primarily to raise the vehicle and improve ground clearance. If you regularly carry heavy loads or tow a trailer, consider one of our heavy-duty kit options.
This kit will raise the vehicle by approximately 40mm (see actual dimensions below), allowing for better ground clearance and appearance. Can be used to accommodate larger tires. The dimensions indicated assume a standard vehicle. If you have additional equipment on board at the front, such as a winch or bull bar, this will affect the final installed height. If this is the case, please contact us as different springs may need to be supplied for your application.
For those who use the vehicle in a continuous load state, please consider one of our heavy-duty options.
Note: From the 2019 model year, some D-Max vehicles come new with a softer, more flexible rear spring. Fitting this kit to these vehicles will result in a firmer ride at the rear of the vehicle. Please consider our improved ride kit 803243.
You can identify the spring you have by counting the number of spring leaves.
The new softer spring has 3 leaves, 2 primary and one secondary. The other stiffer spring has 5 leaves, 3 primary and 2 secondary.
These components replace the original items. No other vehicle modifications are necessary. After fitting, we strongly recommend performing a wheel alignment for optimal vehicle performance.
