Extended Shackles:
- Greasable shackle
- They offer significantly superior driving comfort on and off-road, as the shackles can move with the leaf spring, thus ensuring a more linear suspension action and reduced stress.
- Greasable pins ensure optimal driving comfort and are compatible with standard bushings.
- Greasable pins are pressed and then welded to prevent loosening and wear of the shackle plates.
- Grease nipples are integrated into the nut to prevent damage off-road.
- All extended shackles feature a stepped bolt design, preventing overtightening and deformation of the bushings.
These shackles will provide a lift of approximately 45 to 48 mm (2 inches) as they only lift one end of the spring.
35mm Aluminum Front Shock Spacer:
These 35mm thick spacers will raise the front of your car by approximately 50 to 55 mm .
The spacers shown are thicker for a greater lift. The 35mm spacers attach to the top of your shock absorber using the original studs and nuts. These are not supplied with this kit as they are not necessary.
The lift ratio is NOT 1:1: the achieved lift height is much greater than the actual spacer thickness. This is due to the lower control arm limiting the lift due to its angle and length.
