The HARD TOP for MITSUBISHI L200 is made of 3 mm thick aluminum and is a self-supporting structure. Its upper edge and powerful corner posts provide a solid base for mounting roof bars or tents on the hardtop, which is often impossible with composite structures due to their low strength. To facilitate the installation of racks or roof tents on the HARD TOP, we have provided rails with mounting holes allowing for up-down adjustment of the screwed elements.
The ALUMINUM HARD TOP is equipped with 2 side doors and 1 rear door, each lifted by actuators and fitted with key locks.
In addition, the structure is equipped with a number of flap seals ensuring splash resistance, and furthermore, the place where the hardtop connects to the vehicle bed is sealed with 2 mm micro-rubber.
The HARD TOP is fixed to the sides of the MITSUBISHI L200 pickup bed using clamps supplied with the product and does not require drilling holes in the vehicle body.
The product is painted in two layers using the powder coating technique.
