The HARD TOP for TOYOTA HILUX is made of 3 mm thick aluminum and is a self-supporting structure. Its upper edge and strong corner posts provide a solid base for mounting roof bars or roof tents, which is often impossible with composite structures due to their low strength. To facilitate the installation of racks or roof tents on the HARD TOP, we have provided rails with mounting holes allowing for height adjustment of the bolted elements.
The ALUMINUM HARD TOP is equipped with 2 side doors and 1 rear door, each lifted by actuators and fitted with key locks.
Additionally, the structure is equipped with several flap seals ensuring splash resistance, and furthermore, the area where the hard top connects to the vehicle bed is sealed with 2 mm micro-rubber.
The HARD TOP attaches to the sides of the TOYOTA HILUX bed using clamps provided with the product and does not require drilling holes in the vehicle's body.
The product is painted in two layers using powder coating technique.
