Our kit includes our Borne Off-Road engine skid plate, transmission skid plate, transfer case skid plate, fuel tank skid plate, and differential skid plate. Designed to be tougher than nails, Borne Off-Road skid plates are made from 4mm steel plates and are ready to withstand any abuse you can throw at them. We have taken steps to provide superior protection and strength. We have added additional mounting points, all recessed to provide a smooth underside surface to eliminate the risk of shearing or snagging hardware on obstacles. All edges and corners are reinforced and folded at 80 degrees to provide even more strength. All our skid plates use existing mounting points, so you don't need to cut, drill, or weld to install them. To ensure a durable and long-lasting finish, they are first electro-galvanized, then powder-coated black. All our skid plates are direct fit and include all required hardware for the easiest possible installation with only basic hand tools.
