FIAT DUCATO

(2006 - TODAY-)

Complete kit with 350 - 700kgs rear auxiliary springs for FIAT DUCATO 2006-TODAY:

Complete kit with rear auxiliary springs for your Fiat Ducato / Citroën Jumper / Peugeot Boxer / Opel Movano 2022+. This auxiliary suspension also lifts the car by 50 mm at the rear in an unloaded position, which increases ground clearance and gives the car a nicer appearance. The springs are progressive and become harder with higher loads, which means you maintain the car's comfort regardless of the load. All MAD products are TUV approved and tested products that do not affect other parts of the car. This kit is suitable for those who constantly drive with a load of 350 to 750 kg. When driving with 750 kg+, the car maintains its normal height. We recommend this kit to 99/100 users.

The auxiliary springs cooperate with the car's regular rear suspension and will offer you more stability and safety when the car is loaded. The perfect solution for those of you who own a motorhome, a "Plåtis" camper van, or who load your transporter with accessories and tools. This kit means you no longer need to leave your car constantly resting on the rear bump stops. Cornering has never been so pleasant before with these springs installed, and side winds are almost no longer felt. Driving over speed bumps and obstacles without the car scraping or bottoming out is a thing of the past.

This kit has now been rebuilt to fit both single and double leaf rear suspension.

Compatible with the following car models:

  • Citroen Jumper 30, 33 & 35 2006+. For vehicles with constant load 350 - approx. 700 kg and single leaf (suspension)
  • Fiat Ducato 30, 33, 35 and 40 2006+. For vehicles with constant load 350 - approx. 700 kg and single leaf (suspension)
  • Peugeot Boxer 3.0T, 3.3T & 3.5T 2006+. For vehicles with constant load 350 - approx. 500 kg and single leaf (suspension)
  • Citroen Jumper 30, 33, 35 & 40 2006+. For vehicles with constant load 350 - approx. 750 kg and double leaf (suspension)
  • Fiat Ducato 30, 33, 35 and 40 2006+. For vehicles with constant load 350 - approx. 750 kg and double leaf (suspension)
  • Peugeot Boxer 3.0T, 3.3T, 3.5T and 4.0T 2006+. For vehicles with constant load 350 - approx. 500 kg and double leaf (suspension)
  • Opel Movano 2021+ with Movano-e

MAD's suspension system is there to compensate for different load weights and to support and assist the car's original spring system so that you maintain safety and comfort even at the maximum allowed load. Suspensions never increase the maximum allowed load weight for the car.

We advise you to have these products installed by a professional

  • Increased safety for you and your fellow road users!
  • Installation instructions are always accompanied by clear images
  • TÜV approved, you can always count on the highest quality and on the fact that all springs are adapted to the specific car model, nothing is universal
  • Better road holding at maximum load.
  • Better driving comfort at maximum load.
  • The car maintains its original height under maximum (allowed) load.
  • The car's original suspension offers more working space at maximum load.
  • All springs are progressive, which offers better comfort even in unloaded mode
  • All assembly is done without affecting the bodywork, so the product does not affect the car's warranties
  • Assembly time approximately 1h30
  • 3-year material warranty (does not apply in case of spring breakage due to heavy overload)

All MAD suspension systems are checked and approved by the German TÜV. TÜV imposes very strict requirements for product approval and has become one of the most rigorous quality labels in the world. Now, TÜV has also added tests on how MAD springs affect braking effect and ESP on cars. The so-called R13 test shows that MAD springs do not negatively affect brakes and ESP.
