Made from 6 mm thick structural aluminum sheet. Screwed into the vehicle's factory chassis holes.
No drilling or welding required. Additional holes in the plate prevent overheating of drive components and facilitate mud removal.
The cutouts under the front differential are important here. Has a hole for draining engine oil. Combines with other HC covers to form solid underbody protection.
It also covers the lower edge of the bumper and reinforces the very weak radiator bar. The front attachment of this cover also reinforces this bar.
