What products can I buy?

Good news, the vast majority of our catalog is eligible for DROM-COM delivery! There is however a weight limit of 30kg. And yes, it comes by plane!

Do you have any doubt about whether a product can be delivered to you in the DROM-COM? On the product page there is a "Delivery cost simulation" button, click on it, if your delivery country is not displayed, it means that we do not deliver to it. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service, if you have any doubt, they will be happy to inform you.

Important clarification: Delivery times consist of a preparation time and then a shipping time. The times are indicated on each product page, it is an average observed from the handover of the package to the carrier. The estimate is in working days only (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

We promise that we do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to external circumstances (bad weather, customs, etc.) that we cannot control. Also keep in mind that during holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Price & tax refund: we explain everything!

Please note that the price displayed on products is inclusive of all taxes (TTC) by default. If you log in to your customer account and have entered your delivery address in the DROM-COM or Switzerland, the prices displayed will be exclusive of tax (HT). If this is your first time ordering on accessauto4x4.com, don't worry, your cart summary will take into account your delivery location and will then display your tax-free products (HT).

Thus, once your delivery is requested in DROM-COM, the price switches to HT (Excluding Taxes) to bill you the correct amount. You will then notice a price difference... in your favor! And yes, there will be a -20% difference between the product sheet and your summary!

For example, the product you wish to purchase is displayed at €120 (TTC). For shipments to DROM-COM, your cart will show a final selling price of €100 (HT). So, ready to order :)
