Unlike cheap alternatives, these sun shades are custom-made for your BMW 5 SERIES. The set consists of several shades:
- All windows are covered, except those of the front doors and the windshield
- The rear window is usually covered in two parts
- It remains possible to open the side windows; sun rays are blocked, while fresh air can penetrate
It only takes a few minutes to install or remove the complete set. You click the shades into the supplied mounting clips. These clips are then simply slid behind the window seals and ensure that the shades remain securely in place, even when driving with the windows open. You maintain a good view from the inside out. However, it is impossible to look into the car from the outside. Sunlight is blocked, the interior of your car heats up less quickly, and your air conditioner has to work less hard, which results in lower fuel consumption.
