The axle is completely remanufactured, so the refurbishment includes:
Installation of new arm shafts conforming to the originals with the highest hardness 60 HRC - originally fitted by PSA.
Installation of new needle bearings with sealing rings (original SNR, originally fitted by Peugeot, Citroën).
Verification, and if necessary, refurbishment of the bearing seats fixed in the suspension arms.
Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of worn Silentblocs with new elements.
Strict verification of the carrier tubes (central crossmember).
The axialities of the wheel hubs are checked to ascertain if they are not twisted or damaged and replaced if necessary.
Finally, remanufacturing also includes sandblasting and anticorrosive painting of all affected corroded rear axle components.
After the remanufacturing procedure, the axle is restored to condition and conforms to a new rear axle.
The product is guaranteed for 2 years.
