The axle is completely re-machined, so the renovation includes:
Installation of new arm shafts conforming to the originals with the highest hardness 60 HRC - originally fitted by PSA.
Installation of new needle bearings with sealing rings (original SNR, originally fitted by Peugeot, Citroën).
Checking, and if necessary, renovation of the bearing seats fixed in the suspension arms.
Checking and, if necessary, replacement of worn Silentblocs with new elements.
Strict checking of the carrier tubes (central crossmember).
The axialities of the wheel hubs are checked to determine if they are not twisted or damaged and replaced if necessary.
Finally, re-machining also includes sandblasting and anti-corrosion painting of all affected corroded rear axle components.
After the re-machining procedure, the axle is restored to condition and conforms to a new rear axle.
The product is guaranteed for 2 years.
