The MAD auxiliary air suspension kit comes as two air cushions supplied with all necessary parts adapted to each type of chassis:
- The inflatable bellows are 180 mm in diameter (Min height 8 cm and max height 23 cm for two-stage MAD cushions, Min height 9 cm and max height 30 cm for three-stage cushions),
- The upper mounting brackets for attaching the cushion to the chassis rail,
- The lower mounting brackets for attaching the cushion to the leaf springs, to the axle or to the differential for rear-wheel drive vehicles,
- The necessary screws, nuts, bolts, washers,
- The flexible Rilsan hoses (blue and black diameter 5*3) easy to place under the chassis (in sufficient length: either two times 5 meters of each color, or two times 10 meters of each color depending on the chosen inflation option),
- The air fittings and small fixing nuts to properly tighten the hoses to the fittings,
- The inflation, deflation valves with a small mounting bracket so that they are placed next to each other in the location of your choice (at the rear of the vehicle in a trunk or hold, at the bottom of the driver's seat or near a running board, or outside near the license plate, in the wheel arch),
- The fixing clamps for attaching the air hoses under the vehicle following the brake hose circuit.
- it is advisable to protect the exposed air hose parts under the chassis with a split sheath (e.g. electrical sheath not supplied in the kit).
- options: MAD offers various complementary solutions to optimize use. The option containing two pressure gauges facilitates visual monitoring of air pressure. Integrated compressor options allow for autonomous inflation without the need for an external air source (Example: inflation station like for tires, or portable compressor).
The Air Master Comfort includes two air cushions and mounting hardware, a compressor, and a dual control panel. The compressor offers even more comfort and flexibility on the road. The auxiliary air suspension can be adjusted separately left and right via the supplied control panel.
