The MAD smart air system has a magnetic sensor that detects the entire weight load in the vehicle and sends signals to the compressor to increase or decrease the pressure in the air bellows. This means that as the vehicle driver, you never have to think about increasing or decreasing the air pressure yourself, but can focus fully on driving. The Smart Air system is available for most of the air suspension kits we offer. If you want to decide the pressure in the bellows yourself, you should instead choose the simpler system with a compressor.
Compatible with the following car models:
- VW Crafter II 3.5T 2017+ (rear with FWD, RWD, 4-WD and E-Crafter, not twin-wheel vehicles)
- MAN TGE 3.5T 2017+ No twin-wheel vehicles
ATTENTION! On chassis cars, only Smart Air is suitable for FWD!
MAD's suspension system is there to compensate for different load weights and to support and assist the car's original spring system so that you maintain safety and comfort even at the maximum permitted load. Suspensions never increase the maximum permitted load weight for the car.
