The steel front bumper for Toyota Hilux Revo is made of 6, 4 and 3 mm thick sheet metal. It has a smooth mounting adjustment on three planes, which greatly facilitates its installation in the vehicle.
The side parts of the bumper have supports screwed to the frame and, in addition to the possibility of precise adjustment of the bumper, they play a very important role as side supports, necessary for such long surfaces.
The bumper is equipped with two integrated supports for daytime running lights or fog lights, reinforced fixings for shackle mounts and a winch mounting plate which is standard equipment for all bumpers .
The steel bumpers are covered with oven-baked structural paint applied using the powder coating technique.
The bumper does not have European approval.
