The MAD air suspension is generally designed to work in conjunction with the vehicle's original rear suspension. Available in different versions, it suits drivers who want to adjust their suspension firmness themselves. Inflation can be manual (requiring access to compressed air to inflate the air bags to the desired pressure) or performed with a compressor and pressure gauge (allowing adjustment while driving). A full air suspension compensates for the original suspension and automatically adjusts to the load level. Installing an air suspension radically transforms the driving experience, whether the vehicle is loaded or not. Each suspension is specifically designed to fit your vehicle model. It also allows the rear of the vehicle to be raised if necessary, for example to increase ground clearance. With MAD air suspension, comfort and safety reach a whole new level.

For optimal results, install the air bags with a compressor. This allows you to adjust the air pressure in the air bags with the simple press of a button inside the cabin, while avoiding damage to the air bags from excessively high or low pressure.
Air suspension has the advantage of allowing different stiffness settings for the right and left air bags, which can be very useful if, for example, the load is greater on one side of the vehicle. It generally supports heavier loads than a steel spring suspension, but it should be noted that air suspension can be uncomfortable under a heavy and constant load; in such cases, a reinforced steel spring may be preferable.
