PRO X BLACK STEEL BED RACK for mounting on sliding tonneau cover rails:

This PRO X bed rack is a solution for pickup owners who plan to mount a roof tent or a support above the vehicle's bed.
Version dedicated to vehicles equipped with a sliding tonneau cover with mounting rails along the entire length of the tonneau cover.
Thanks to the adjustable length and width of the structure, it adapts to all European Double, King and Single Cab pickups.
For installation, place 12 screws inside the roller shutter mounting rails and screw them to the tonneau cover rails (screws are included).
In the case of a sliding tonneau cover without mounting rails/channels, special supports, available separately, should be used:
- Mounting brackets for sliding tonneau covers without rails (AC009)
To mount the fixings on a sliding tonneau cover not equipped with mounting rails, cut a seal between the side beam of the tonneau cover and the side of the pick-up where the feet of the bed support are mounted.
Each support is mounted with two M8 screws on the inner edge of the pickup's side panel.
The frame is made of 3 mm thick steel and the support beams are 12 cm wide.
Such a massive structure affects the durability of the bed support and its load capacity, which is: static 350 kg / dynamic 150 kg
The low version of the bed rack allows the installation of a roof tent, which will be hidden behind the vehicle's cabin, without exceeding its roof.
